"Food For Thought #3 - Friendship
For the past few weeks, I've been changing my mind alot. First I can't decide on tuesday or friday (<----Who remembers that!!!!). And earliar I said I would discontinue Food For Thought for awhile, until the end of this week. But here I am making a Food For Thought.....oh well lol. Here it is: #3 Friendship

So today's Food For Thought is friendship. Friends come from weird places don't they? And you never know whos gonna be your next friend, or how long you are gonna be friends with someone. Friends are Forever right? Sometimes I guess. I wish is was that way. Maybe it only works if you believe in it and actually do something. You have friends that probably moved away that you don't talk to anymore. And you probably won't ever talk to them again. So is that forever? I know I have a friend who lives up north. Shes actually my "sister". But I've known her for 2 years now? Ya that sounds right. We talk whenever were both online. I'm actually gonna see her this March, which is pretty awesome. I guess in this case Friends are Forever.

Like I said above: Friends come from weird places and you never know whos gonna be your next friend. Some of my friends today, If asked if I would be friends with them a few years ago, I probably would have said: "Who?" My friend Wind, I met her on the Dinosaur ride in Knotts Berry Farm in the 1st grade. I guess I was a loner back then. And I just sat in the car and she must have stepped in. I had no idea back then that I would be close friends with her today. Another friend of mine, krystal (owner of an easyjournal), I've known since the 2nd half of 7th grade. Unfortunately, I never got to know her back then and to me she was known as the dog. If I could go back in time, I'd take that back and smack all my friends who influnced me to call her that. Once again sorry. Just recently, I made a friend who had known me through my 8th grade year, but I had no idea she exsisted (kinda sounds means but I didn't even know of this person until this year). A friend of mine in 8th grade moved to Texas for the 9th grade and came back this year. I had no idea he was gonna come back at all until I saw him on the first day of school. Just a few days ago, I guess I made a new friend. I had known of her back during 6th grade. Me being a "normal kid" and she being a "Gate kid" we were kinda segregated. If I ever do go back in time, I'd probably take that back too. Her and another one of my friends were in the Gate program yet I guess im good friends with both. The only reason I knew of her was because she was in a play that they put on. I never thought I'd ever say one word to her. (Aeri, remember all that? I still regret not talking to you back then!)

I'm pretty sure all of you have had a similar expierence. Care to share? Tell me your thoughts. Leave a comment.

And heres a comment I got:

"To my friend Fire, I look back on that meeting and I look at now and it makes me believe that if people are truely meant to meet fate brings them together even though they might have met before. And by the way I was a loner too." - Wind

Friends are great aren't they? Always remember, you will never know what your friend now, will become in the future. Always keep that in mind, for they can be anything. Keep them in your heart, and you will know them so long as you keep them there. To my Friends: Thank You.
